Part time Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join our growing Dispute Resolution team in our central Reading office. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our team of specialist solicitors and advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce documents and correspondence as directed by solicitors
• Efficiently handle telephone enquiries and calls
• Provide assistance to and deal with tasks as delegated
• Maintain accurate file administration and data management
Requirements:
• Previous legal secretarial experience
• Strong literacy skills and typing abilities
• Experience working in an administrative/support role in a professional environment, preferably a law firm
• Strong MS Office skills and database management
• Excellent team player with a friendly and professional manner
