Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Legal Secretary to support our Dispute Resolution team in Reading. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors, handling tasks such as document production, telephone inquiries, and file administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce documents and correspondence as directed by solicitors
  • Efficiently handle telephone enquiries and calls
  • Provide assistance to and deal with tasks as delegated
  • Administer files and manage data

Requirements:

  • Ideal previous legal secretarial experience
  • Strong literacy skills
  • Experience of working in an administrative/support role in a professional environment, preferably a law firm
  • Strong typing and MS Office skills
  • Database skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with a friendly/professional manner
