Job Summary:

Concept Human Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR Team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure an efficient HR process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Experience providing administrative support to a HR team
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in a role that requires high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
  • Ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality
  • Experience using Sage HR (desirable)
  • Recruitment experience
