About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring an efficient HR process.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee data, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing administrative support to a HR team.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a role that requires high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality.
  • Experience using Sage HR (desirable).
  • Recruitment experience.
