  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, using QuickBooks software.
  • Process and reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including entering invoices and payments into QuickBooks.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage staff working hours, holiday, and sickness records.
  • Negotiate equipment contracts and manage multiple accounts.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexitime available.

Language:

  • English (required).
