About the Role
R3vamp Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide essential support in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and that new hires are smoothly integrated into the company.
- Help maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee queries, support engagement activities, and coordinate training sessions.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and metrics, offering general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
