Customer Success Operations Lead

We're a Series A start-up, and we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our customers. As a Customer Success Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Customer Success function.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior customer stakeholders, including those from Product, Engineering, and Legal teams, to drive organisational goals and objectives.
You'll be responsible for driving technical adoption, delivering strategic insights, and advocating for product enhancements based on client needs.
- You have strong background in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment, with full ownership of renewals.
- You possess solid understanding of technical concepts like API integrations, webhooks, and SDKs, and the ability to translate them for non-technical audiences.
- You've proven ability to manage complex, technical customer programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- You have experience working with senior leaders to achieve organisational goals.
- You're skilled in documentation and presentation, capable of articulating customer value and technical solutions effectively.
**Our Offering**
A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus up to 20% variable pay, and equity, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
We're a remote-first company, and this role can be based anywhere in the UK. Occasional travel to London will be expected to join the commercial team.
