We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at Click London. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage a remote team, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues alike.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of client success coordinators, ensuring timely delivery, high accuracy of bookings, and cost-effective operations aligned with productivity targets.
You will be responsible for setting clear team and individual targets, managing performance through regular reviews, and identifying improvement areas to maintain quality service standards.

- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports for senior leadership on team productivity, client satisfaction, and quality control, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of managing teams and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of the property sector and the photography industry to ensure effective responses to client needs and industry standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and support team members, promoting a productive and growth-focused team culture.
- Demonstrates a high level of planning and organisation, enabling effective management of resources and workload allocation.
- Competitive Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
