Senior Customer Success Team Lead for Europe

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results and cultivating high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Success Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer value, adoption, and retention.
- Risk Management: Identify, forecast, and mitigate risks associated with customer success, ensuring timely interventions to prevent issues from escalating.
- Playbook Development: Create and maintain playbooks that outline best practices for customer success, enabling CSMs to make informed decisions and drive consistent results.
- Expansion Opportunities: Proactively identify and nurture expansion opportunities, working closely with sales and renewal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading teams, with a strong focus on talent development and growth.
- Customer Success Expertise: Considerable experience in customer success roles, with exposure to working with large enterprise clients.
- Change Management: Proven ability to execute and operationalize transformation projects, driving cultural shifts and process improvements.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, sales, and marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
