We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our therapeutic services. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with clinicians, educators, and other stakeholders to provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop bespoke intervention plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.">
  • Work systemically within the team, contributing to the development of therapeutic services and implementing evidence-based practices.">
  • Collaborate with clinicians, educators, and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes for individuals.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant Occupational Therapy qualification, HCPC registration, and significant experience working with adults or children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
