Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing mobility needs of adults and children with complex needs, and prescribing suitable equipment.">
  • Working with clinical and operational colleagues to achieve contractual service performance targets.">
  • Liaising with service users and stakeholders to improve joint working and outcomes.">
  • Providing support for internal and external training programmes and contributing to the development of internal resources.">
  • Undertaking risk assessments and implementing corresponding risk management measures.">
