We are seeking an experienced Tenant Support Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional tenant support, addressing rent arrears and anti-social behaviour (ASB) through proactive case management.
  • Collaborate with agencies such as the Police and social care to develop effective solutions to ASB issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with statutory landlord duties, including gas and electrical safety checks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, promoting community cohesion and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rent accounts accurately, ensuring timely payments and efficient income management.
  • Work closely with partner agencies to provide multi-agency solutions and support services for tenants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote community cohesion and engagement among tenants and residents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in housing management, including rent arrears collection and estate management.
  • A strong understanding of ASB management, welfare benefits, and relevant legislation.
Desirable Qualifications
  • HNC/HND or degree in a relevant field, such as housing management or a related subject.
  • CIH qualification or equivalent housing-related certification.
