About the Position:

  • Promote community engagement through active collaboration with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
  • Work closely with partner agencies to provide safeguarding, welfare support, and multi-agency solutions that benefit the community.
  • Support tenants in fulfilling their tenancy obligations, enforcing actions when necessary to maintain positive tenant-resident relations.
  • Deliver a neighbourhood-based housing service, focusing on rent arrears management and addressing anti-social behaviour.
  • Efficiently manage void properties, reducing turnaround times and ensuring tenancy agreement compliance.
  • Support income management to maintain accurate rent accounts.
