Job Description
As a Nursery Care Coordinator at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and education to children aged 0-2 in a women’s prison setting. Your primary responsibilities include creating a secure and engaging environment, supporting the emotional and cognitive development of children, and fostering partnerships with unit officers and families.

Main Responsibilities
• Design and implement engaging activities tailored to the specific needs of children under 2
• Record and track children's progress and milestones accurately
• Join community outings with children and families, promoting socialization and bonding
• Work closely with unit officers to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication

Key Qualifications
• Possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
• Have experience working with children under 2, focusing on early childhood development
• Be committed to ongoing professional growth and self-improvement
• Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong relationships with colleagues and families
• Excel in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere

Compensation Package
• Salary: £18,500 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
