Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team in Ashford. As the main point of contact for Clients and Care Workers, you will ensure excellent communication and care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage staff rostering to ensure care is delivered safely and effectively to those with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour
  2. Support care workers in managing challenging behaviour, helping to create care plans that address individual needs and promote positive outcomes
  3. Work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic, person-centred care
  4. Supervise, motivate, and appraise care workers, supporting them in handling challenging situations with confidence and compassion
  5. Handle safeguarding issues, incidents, and complaints, always focusing on delivering solutions and support
About the Role:

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 + profit share bonus, plus fantastic benefits including medicash healthcare benefits, prescription refunds, dental care, pension scheme, retail discounts, and more.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving license, experience in working with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, strong communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and achieving high-quality care.
