Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Ross Care. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our services, including scheduling appointments, managing waiting lists, and communicating with customers. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail, be organized, and able to multitask.

Requirements
