About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a part-time Customer Service & Lead Co-ordinator.

This 21 hour per week, part-time position is based in East Kent and offers full training, with the potential to complete further qualifications. The role includes working closely with our Financial Advisor (FA) and Senior Partner to meet business targets, generating and developing leads for financial services, and supporting the development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively contact potential and existing customers to generate leads for financial services.
  2. Train and support the team, encouraging effective cross-selling of financial services products.
  3. Coordinate and deliver financial services sales campaigns with the FA and telesales team.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary Details:

▢ Salary: £8.00 per hour

Essential Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
  2. Excellent organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
  3. Own transport and full UK driving licence.

Estimated salary range: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum.
