Community Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Outreach and Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in promoting equity, diversity & inclusion in the countryside.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing partnerships with organisations such as Black Girls Hike and Wild with Wheels to enhance access to the North Downs Way National Trail.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and marketing skills, as well as experience in community engagement and outreach. A strong passion for inclusivity and accessibility is essential for this role.
Competitive salary benefits include £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus additional compensation for mileage claims.
This role requires frequent travel to various locations along the North Downs Way National Trail, and you must be able to attend events and visit communities within this geography.
