About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Expert to provide high-quality care to our clients in Ashford. As a Care Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support marketing activities and outreach efforts when required.
  • Able to cover colleagues' absence in short notice.
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Administer medication and monitor clients' health.
  • Assist with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Care Expert or in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full paid training is provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare are a plus.
