About this role

We're looking for a Care Professional to join our team at Bupa, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Care Professional, you'll work closely with our residents, their families, and our nursing staff to provide person-centred care, supporting independence and promoting choice.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting the specific needs of each individual.
  • Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
  • Be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting any changes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a motivated, positive individual with great interpersonal skills. You'll understand what's important to others and be able to provide a high level of care and support. Whether you're an experienced carer or new to the sector, we'll provide you with the support and training you need to develop and grow.
