We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to fill the role of a Senior Therapeutic Care Worker at Northbrook.
This is a unique opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of children who have experienced trauma and disruption.
About the Role:- Led by you, a team of Care Workers will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- You will be responsible for planning shifts collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
- Your coaching and mentoring skills will support staff members in their daily work.
- You will actively participate in monthly summary writing and support challenging behaviors.
- $50 per hour (sleep-in rate: $45)

Requirements and Skills:
