We are committed to supporting children who have experienced trauma and disruption in their lives. As a Senior Therapeutic Care Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that allows them to thrive.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Care Workers, ensuring that every child receives the care and attention they need. You will do this by planning shifts ahead, working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve the best possible outcomes. Additionally, you will coach and mentor colleagues, provide support with challenging behavior, and manage sleep-in duties when required.

Apart from these core responsibilities, you will contribute to monthly summary writing and engage in other tasks as needed. We encourage applicants who share our dedication to helping vulnerable children and families.

Salary Information:
£50 per hour base salary
£45 for sleep-in rates,
enhanced pay during Bank Holidays.

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in childcare, education or healthcare sector
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • English language proficiency (written & verbal)
  • Valid driver's license
