The Role

  • Manage and supervise shifts, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely medication administration, maintaining precise records.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to mitigate potential risks and ensure resident safety.
  • Support care assistants in delivering daily care needs, fostering residents' independence and engagement.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to enhance services, promote quality improvement, and drive innovation.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and professional environment at all times.

  • Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent desired.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with ability to allocate tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of care planning processes and medication administration.
  • Ability to train and oversee care assistants in medication management.
