About the Role
  • Lead and supervise your shift team to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Administer and record medication as needed
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident engagement and satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in residential care or a related field
