About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of leadership skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and experience working with children and young people. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to those who need it most.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining the smooth and effective running of the home
  • Lead by example, guiding the team to deliver outstanding care and support to the children and young people
  • Oversee staff rotas, training, supervision, and performance management

About You:

  • You must have at least 2 years of experience working in a children’s home with supervisory responsibilities
  • You should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with Children and Young People
  • You should demonstrate a strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations, safeguarding, and inspection frameworks
