Residential Care Lead Role for Young People

Do you have what it takes to be a successful Deputy Manager at a children’s residential home in Middlesex? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team, who can lead by example, manage, and guide the team to deliver exceptional care and support to vulnerable young people.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of leadership skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and experience working with children and young people. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to those who need it most.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining the smooth and effective running of the home
- Lead by example, guiding the team to deliver outstanding care and support to the children and young people
- Oversee staff rotas, training, supervision, and performance management

About You:
- You must have at least 2 years of experience working in a children’s home with supervisory responsibilities
