Service Lead for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are currently recruiting a skilled Residential Care Manager to oversee our residential service in Ashford, providing vital support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year.

About the Role
  • Prior leadership experience in a similar environment (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • Preferred qualifications: QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Fully utilise your leadership skills to inspire a motivated team of carers
  2. In-depth understanding of CQC guidelines, health and social care laws, and essential regulations
