Residential Care Manager for People with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our residential service in Ashford, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000.

About the Role
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strong staff management skills
  2. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
