Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver individualized support plans

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
