Job Title: Community Support Worker

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, participating in hobbies and social engagements, and ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing, cooking, and household chores
  • Participate in hobbies and social engagements to promote independence and well-being
  • Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met and protect the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with mental health and learning disabilities is advantageous
  • Possess a positive and caring nature, with excellent communication skills
  • Be energetic and understanding, with the ability to adapt to difficult situations
