**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence and well-being.
**Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mealtimes, ensuring residents receive the nutrition they need
- Implementing personalized care plans, tailored to each resident's unique needs and goals
- Encouraging residents to participate in physical activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
