We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role:- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mealtimes
- Contribute to the development of personalized care plans, identifying residents' unique goals and aspirations
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
- £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
