We are currently seeking an Experienced Social Worker to take on the role of Transformative Change Lead in Adult Social Care.
In this position, you will lead a team of social workers and contribute to transformative change in Adult Social Care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care strategies, working closely with other professionals to deliver excellent outcomes for service users.
You will have a proven track record of working in adult social care, with experience of managing complex cases and providing high-quality support to vulnerable individuals. You will also be proficient in using relevant IT systems for social care, including CRM and case management software.
As a senior member of our team, you will receive regular supervision, training, and career development opportunities. You will also be part of a supportive team, with access to comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
The salary for this role is £44,070 - £50,063 per annum, plus benefits including a Golden Hello and Annual Retention Allowance, and participation in the Local Government Pension Scheme.
