About the Role:

This role involves undertaking care management and safeguarding tasks as per statutory duties under Adult Social Care legislation.

Key responsibilities include utilising various IT systems to record information contemporaneously on social care systems, ensuring adherence to the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, and participating in regular supervision, training, and career development activities.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England, proficient in performance management and supporting staff through complex casework, competent in using IT systems relevant to social care, and able to prioritise tasks, meet performance targets, and manage systems effectively.

What We Offer:
