The Kent Housing Group is seeking an experienced Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a vital role in supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a comprehensive housing management service for move-on accommodation, ensuring that households moved from temporary accommodation can sustain a tenancy and successfully transition to a permanent housing solution.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about social housing and has excellent communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of housing management principles and practices, as well as experience in providing support to tenants in need.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a comprehensive housing management service for move-on accommodation.
  • Collaborate with tenants to assist them in proceeding into a permanent housing solution.
  • Work closely with tenants from the point of letting and sign-up through to the termination of their tenancy.

**Estimated Salary:** £42,500 per annum, based on market rates and location.
