Housing Transition Specialist

As a Social Housing Manager with the Kent Housing Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality housing management services to our tenants. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a comprehensive multi-disciplinary housing management service for move-on accommodation, ensuring that households moved from temporary accommodation can sustain a tenancy and successfully transition to a permanent housing solution.
You will be responsible for working closely with tenants to assist them in proceeding into a permanent housing solution. This includes collaborating with tenants from the point of letting and sign-up through to the termination of their tenancy for the move-on accommodation. By forming effective relationships with tenants, you will help them overcome challenges and achieve successful tenancies.
We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about social housing and has excellent communication skills. You should have a strong understanding of housing management principles and practices, as well as experience in providing support to tenants in need. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
