About Our Team

As an Adult Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Carers provide exceptional support to individuals in their care.

Your responsibilities will include assessing Carers, monitoring their performance, and developing strategies to improve their skills and knowledge.

You will also work closely with our Referrals officer to coordinate new placements, ensuring a seamless transition for both Carers and individuals requiring support.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Social Work or a related discipline, experience working within a multi-agency environment, and knowledge of relevant Social Care legislation.

A sound understanding of adult safeguarding and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
