Senior Social Worker

Austin Fraser is seeking an Experienced Social Worker to contribute to transformative change in Adult Social Care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for care management and safeguarding under Adult Social Care legislation, utilizing IT systems for contemporaneous recording on social care systems. They will ensure adherence to the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act with best practices incorporated into daily operations.
As part of a supportive team, the social worker will receive regular supervision, training, and career development opportunities. The role requires a qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England, experience in performance management and staff support through complex casework, and proficiency in using relevant IT systems for social care.
