Vulnerable Adult Support Worker

The Sanctuary Group is seeking a Vulnerable Adult Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults or people with mental health needs and be able to handle challenging situations with confidence. You will be required to receive and direct customer queries, develop relationships, and organize social activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as online discounts and rewards, health and well-being plans, and learning and development opportunities.
