The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm and patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A Diploma in Health and Social Care is preferred but not essential, as we provide training and development opportunities to help you achieve your goals.

About the Role
  • Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities in a challenging environment.
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, social events, and educational activities.
  • Accurately record and maintain notes and records as required.
