Female Relief Support Worker

Salary: £11.75 per hour (plus 12.03% rolled up holiday pay), equivalent to approximately £24,000 per year based on 40 hours per week.
Job Description: As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing active support, promoting independence, and helping individuals with daily tasks. You will have the opportunity to participate in activities such as playing rounders and swimming, and help individuals access the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience supporting individuals with autism is required. You should also be patient, resilient, and willing to invest time in getting to know the individuals we support.
Benefits: As a Relief Support Worker, you will receive first-class training, including certificates and formal qualifications in Behavioural Support and Adult Social care up to NVQ5. You will also benefit from pension contributions, access to free occupational health services, and travel to work scheme. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain a recognized qualification in social care.
