About the Role: We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Ashford, Kent. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. You will be responsible for participating in activities, helping with daily tasks, and accessing the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing active support to individuals with disabilities
  • Promoting independence and self-advocacy
  • Helping with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Participating in activities, such as sports and leisure activities
  • Accessing the community, including shopping and social events

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience supporting individuals with autism is required. You should also be patient, resilient, and willing to invest time in getting to know the individuals we support.

What We Offer: As a Relief Support Worker, you will receive first-class training, including certificates and formal qualifications in Behavioural Support and Adult Social care up to NVQ5.
