Job Summary

We are seeking a Disability Support Specialist to join our team, providing expert support to individuals with disabilities.

  • Deliver high-quality support services, including daily living assistance and advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and review of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
Essential Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or social work is desirable.
  • Experience working in a support role, preferably with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.
Our Offer
  • A salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience.
