About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neurodiversity Support Specialist to join our team at HMP Bronzefield. As a key member of our dedicated learning team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to residents with complex needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement activities and appropriate support for residents, with a focus on increasing engagement with the regime and awareness of relevant coping strategies.

You will work closely with individuals who may have physical disabilities, sensory impairments, speech and language difficulties, learning difficulties such as dyslexia, conditions such as autism, social, emotional, and mental needs, or a combination of these difficulties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the SEND code of practice and the ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviour.

We offer a competitive salary of £51,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
