About the Job

As a Senior Registered Learning Disability Nurse, you will be part of a close-knit team working in the community to provide specialist clinical expertise and support to individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves working within a positive multi-disciplinary model, collaborating with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other specialists.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, managing complex caseloads, and facilitating access to developmental opportunities. Your experience in managing health-related projects and your knowledge of learning disability care will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • 3 years of community nursing experience.
  • Health-related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: £43,041 - £59,270 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
