About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team in Kent. As a senior member of our community nursing team, you will work closely with people with learning disabilities and their families, providing direct clinical expertise and support.

The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary model, providing behavioral and engagement support, and facilitating access to developmental opportunities. You will also be responsible for reasonable adjustments to enable individuals to access mainstream healthcare services.

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the development of holistic care plans, collaborating with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, and other specialists. Your experience in managing complex caseloads and health-related projects will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Salary: £43,041 - £59,270 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
