About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to provide complex nursing care in an in-patient setting. As a community hospital nurse, you will be responsible for assessing the healthcare needs of patients on admission and monitoring the quality of care they receive with us.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient healthcare needs upon admission and develop individualised care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Your patients may present with various health challenges, including elderly care, terminal illness, or physical disabilities. As a Band 5 Nurse, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure individuals receive holistic and compassionate care, promoting their well-being and independence.
As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to evidence-based practice and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and development within our services, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of care.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
