Job Description:

GSL Education - Kent is seeking a qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with additional needs in Ashford schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with additional needs in Ashford schools
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Monitor and report student progress to teachers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and students.

Salary: £23,000-£30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
