At Ashford Borough Council, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tenancy Sustenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a comprehensive multi-disciplinary housing management service for move-on accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to form effective relationships with tenants to facilitate their progression into permanent housing solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,334 to £35,844 per annum, plus a lease car cash alternative of £2,080 per annum. Our hybrid working arrangement allows for flexibility, and we provide an excellent salary-linked pension scheme and generous annual leave with flexi time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive multi-disciplinary housing management service for move-on accommodation
  • Form effective relationships with tenants to facilitate their progression into permanent housing solutions
  • Work with tenants from the point of letting and sign-up through to the termination of their tenancy for the move-on accommodation
