Administrative Coordinator

Kent County Council is looking for a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Adult Social Care and Health Business Support Division, ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for clients and champion adult social care and health services, acting as a point of contact and resolving telephone queries.
- Coordinate recruitment processes and staff inductions, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Enter data into various systems and trackers, resolve queries, and process annual leave and sickness data.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in business support or administration, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of £24,070 to £25,110 per annum, dependent on experience. Part-time hours may also be available.
