Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Team Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
As a Medical Team Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, including managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our infirmary.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as primary clerical support for infirmary operations, answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records, filing, scanning, and uploading volunteer or camper files into our database.
- Coordinate with facilities and IT teams to address concerns, oversee inventory and distribution of resources, and maintain office equipment.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area, stocking office and medical supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with program and family outreach teams to arrange, gather, and return items when necessary.
